Sufi OUT From Finale Coz Of Injury
Sufi didn't performed the task and commented later while cryin' that its been 4 months that he has suffered this injury and couldn't afford operation to repair it... which was really sad to hear coz the SHOW gave the opportunity but the guy got injuried on the SHOW performing a task and now he dont have the money to afford the operation to repair it...
MTV if a contestant gets injured on the SHOW [Roadies] then they should compensate them for the surgery they will undergo in order to repair it...
Episode 15-Grand Finale Story Continues...
Sweet poetic justice! How awesome does it feel when everything falls so beautifully into place! When combustible elements erupt at the showing of ONE well-edited montage, when the intended purpose of a vote-in is met, when you pull off a task - extremely difficult to set up and near impossible to complete and at the end of it all - everything falls into place and the episode plays the perfect pre-cursor to the big finale. Tonight's episode was built around triumph - pure triumph minus manipulations and politics, and solely dependent on perseverance and dedication - holds true for both Kiri and the crew.
We had 13 Roadies return for the finale and the first 5 cuts continued to get the stepchild treatment. I really feel for Sonia, Neha, Vicky and whats their names. These five were all told at the end of their auditions - "Congratulations, you are a Roadie!" Then, they get tagged as 'undeserving' based on some logic that I still fail to comprehend. And all it took was a loss by a very narrow margin to have them completely banished of the show from that point on. Now, while bringing them as wildcards would have seemed the just thing to do - that didn't happen for some reason either (no character development maybe?) Because of which, they dont get called to the finale as well as none of the five have any conflict or agenda with any of the others. Bringing them back had no real purpose at this stage but they STILL should have - for once make the five feel that they were 'Roadies' at some point of time. Heck, they'd have even paid out of their pockets if conveyance was the issue but ah whatever!
Those who did return, did what they were brought back for. All it took was one VD appropriately edited to have everyone turn on Nauman and Palak. Everytime they do a finale and the ex-Roadies return and verbally bash the finalists, I can only scream in my head - "They played the game and they made it, you didn't so STFU!"
And when these very people throw the fake, open-ended maar-dunga-phaad-dunga-baja-dunga threats, it just looks so unbelievably retarded. You had the entire journey to prove yourselves and stand up to whoever and you didn't, you stupid ball-less cowards, you are not gonna do any different sitting on your asses! Maybe they are told to act retarded, that is the only explanation - but then again these idiots are thick-skulled nimwits, so I wonder they really need be told.
I'll not say much about Raghu's act in today's episode - it was just him being Raghu, screaming louder than everyone else to make his point. Thats what he came for, thats what he did - but the twist he brought (as later confirmed by Bumpy) was more effective in shutting up people, so as to say - those who say the show has stopped focussing on performance and more on the twists. Sufi and Natasha back in and Kiri rightly voted in by the others, all because the finale was shot after the journey episodes aired - pretty much bearing all the behind-the-back politics. No politics = Fair vote-in. Simple equation.
The task (which sounds pretty straightforward on paper) proved much more challenging than anyone expected, crew included. That heavy rig that you had to wear adding another layer of difficulty to it aside from the strobe light. Kiri and Natasha finished and Sufi made a mess of his THIRD chance. At this point, I was on the edge on my seat rooting for the humble underdog and when the announcement was made - I was so pumped, I swear! If ANYONE deserves a spot in the finale its Kiri (think back to the Roadies 5.0 auditions) and way to go, man! I would freak out if you do pull it off and win it all, warrior!
So there. Next week, we will know who the ultimate Roadie is and one final time I'll be.. To Hell and Back!
Grand Finale-19 April Summary
Nauman and Palak came back to Mumbai.
All other Roadies except those 5 who got out in the first episode came back. It was so good to see Roop back in the show.
Rannvijay showed Palak’s and Nauman’s video in which they bitched about others to the Roadies.
Everyone was shocked to find out what Nauman thought about them. Tamanna was hurt the most.
Raghu makes an entry and grills Nauman and Palak.
Twist! Raghu decides that the winner was going to be decided from not two Roadies but three Roadies. Raghu picks Sufi and Natasha to be one of the Roadies to join Palak and Nauman in the finale. The twist wasn’t over yet. One more Roadie was to join Sufi and Natasha in the competition to be one of the finalists. The rest 11 Roadies were to vote in this third Roadie. No one was allowed to vote for himself/herself.
Raghu blasted Palak and told her to shut up but Palak kept arguing. Raghu lost his temper and asked her to get out. Palak, the Nataunkibaaz she is, walked off and then fell on ground to create a scene.
Samrat tried too hard to convince everyone to vote for him. He promised his bike to at least 4 people and also offered the prize money.
Votes:
Pradeep – 3
Paulomi – 1
Kiri – 6
Sandy – 1
Yay! Another deserving Roadie, Kiri, gets another chance!
Now came the scroll! Natasha, Kiri and Sufi were asked to get ready for their task which would decide who would join Nauman and Palak in the finale.
The task for the Roadies was to walk on the plank in the darkness with cameras attached to their body. There were so many flashing strobe lights to distract them. The plank was shaky and about 4 and half feet high from the ground.
Kiri went in first and finished the task with ease. Sufi went in next but he couldn’t complete the task. Natasha went last and completed the task.
Natasha finished the task in 10 minutes and 14 seconds while Kiri finished the task in 4 minutes 16 seconds.
Yay! Kiri is in! But at the same time, I really wanted Sufi to come back. Well, tough luck! I am happy that two deserving Roadies, Kiri and Nauman, are in the finale now.
I want Kiri to win the show now!

One Step Ahead To Grand Finale
MTV Roadies 6 - Hell Down Under, Journey from Manesar,India to Sydeny,Australia
Auditions
Well, the auditions this time were pretty good. Got to see alot of action. From the argument of Sufi to the torture of Dev (Govinda, govinda, govinda ......), Samrat was a bit impressive, so was Sufi. Pauloumi was a bit of shock for the viewers whereas Suzanna, Neha, Varisha were pretty good. The Delhi mob violence was a turnoff but still it was not enough to dampen the spirit of the Roadies crew.
Episode 1
The inaugural episode of RHDU. Pretty interesting I'd say. Akshay Kumar, Raghu, Party, 10 deserving people... A good start... Green Team(Ankur, Sonia, Neha, Vicky and Bhanu) losing to the Yellow Team(Suzanna, Sufi, Sandeep, Nauman and Bobby) in the obstacle task with just a narrow margin of two parathas. Straight away getting eliminated ...... Pretty disappointing. Sufi getting voted out despite being a good performer in the task.
Episode 2
14 Roadies being divided into 2 teams namely Om Blues and Brats. A new concept in Roadies. The first money task, Cow dung picking task. I'd say the dirtiest money task in the history of Roadies. The immunity task where the boys take it at their balls whenever the galz gave a wrong answer. Om Blue losing resulting in the vote-out of Varisha. Loved it when Bumpy tried the task.
Episode 3
The folk dance money task - Hilarious with Samrat enjoying to the utmost. Dev getting a shoe at his face. Brats win ! Next day, Tight rope race with Tamanna and Dev defeating Kiri and Suzanna. In the end, Palak gets voted out (Cant explain how happy I was).
Episode 4
Money task - Controlling the shit. Om blue winning their first money task, finally ! Immunity task - Pot balancing. Pauloumi performed superbly defeating Bobby with a great margin. Probably the only task she performed well ! Nauman voted out !
Episode 5
Bobby meets with an accident, gets injured. Pool mein pool task - Sandeep could have performed better, samrat was good but Pauloumi was as usual funny. Good concept, would have looked even better if the performance was good. But the swimsuits of the galz - A total turnoff !!! Definitely a decrease in TRP. A bit of friction b/w the Roadies during Q - A session. Next, roadies reach a haunted place and are asked to take a good look around. Hell waits for them inside as the twin brothers Raghu and Rajeev explain them their next immunity task. Dev being foolish as usual and Bobby, as said by the twins, being bullied to go inside the coffin. A twist in the end gets Dev out of the show and bobby getting immunity. Roop gets eliminated in one of the most exciting vote outs ever.
Episode 6
Both the gangs, Om Blues and Brats, gets disintegrated and each Roadie is independent. A Wrestling task takes place as Roadies fight each other for immunity. Samrat showing his cunningness wins along with Natasha. The girls fight turned a bit sour as clothes were being tugged off. Next day, a disappointing task by Samrat and Natasha along with the rest of the Roadies with none of them being able to hit a single target resulting in the total amount of money to total out to Zero ! Suzanna gets voted out. Sweet gal !
Episode 7
Finally roadies reach Australia for a better HELL experience. The 8 roadies are in for a twist as Palak, Nauman and Sufi are about to make a comeback by proving themselves. Kiri defeated by Sufi in the ladder task. He wasn't much of a performer. Nauman defeating Pradeep in an exciting zorb task and Bobby losing to Palak on the mechanical bull task. Finally in the end, Sandeep being voted out.
Episode 8
The first advantage task in roadies where Samrat, Natasha and Nauman won. The advantage being that each of them get a chance to win a Karizma bike after facing wrestlers. Samrat being lucky wins one without any effort, Palak being funny yet clever wins a bike. Sufi inspite of losing and hurting his leg gets a bike for his good effort. Sufi definitely earned my respect that day. A true Roadie !!! Tamanna finally being voted out resulting in rivalry of Palak and Nauman.
Episode 9
The first money task held in Australia takes place as Roadies compete against blindfolded professional Rugby players. Good effort by Samrat. Then Roadies, finally, face Crocodiles where they have to collect points in the mud. Sufi being clever became the winner whereas Nauman in a bit foolishness dropped many of his coins. Finally in the vote out, Samrat gets voted out as a hot debate takes place between Sufi and Palak. Samrat in the end sings a song (Making weird faces) and leaves back to India.
Episode 10
The next money task in Australia where Roadies have to make as many word as possible by splashing water on 3 SEXY Australian models. Due to some misunderstanding, the Roadies make only 9 Words earning Rs 37,000. The Roadies get a stroll saying OPEN AT UR OWN RISK. As the Roadies are ready to take on the risk, the stroll said that the roadies would be facing HELL at the next vote-out. Next day, the Roadies reach an amusement park and have to ride THE Claw and must control their Pukes. Nauman completing 4 Rounds wins immunity. At the vote out, to everyone's relief, Palak gets voted out but as luck favoured her she gets the power to eliminate any Roadie where she eliminates Sufi. A deserving Roadie gone again. Also the winner rumors of Sufi came to an end.
Episode 11
Roadies play Ice hockey as they have to save penalty goals. Nauman playing extremely well and the finally Money in the roadies account totaling to 3,62,000 (Much more than the previous season) Roadies, in the next immunity task, are chased by Cowboys where they have to collect flags and avoid the cowboys lassos. Nauman collects 7 flags and wins immunity. Due to a tie in the vote out b/w Pauloumi and Palak, a tie breaker by card shuffler Marcus aka Pinky (Total weirdo) results in the elimination of Natasha. Roadies are off for their final destination Sydney.
Episode 12
Roadies enjoy quality time in Sydney as they sent to a beach and also are given AU$ 50 to buy anything of their choice. In another Advantage task - Air baloon (Seen this before in Fear Factor India), Nauman wins the advantage by passing b/w the two air balloons in the shortest span of time and gets the power to chose any one of the two galz who he would wanna take to the finale. Palak cleverly brain washes Nauman on choosing her whereas Pauloumi being dumb doesn't even make an effort to convince him (Main tujhe kyun convince karu, main waise bhi tuhje ladki samajhti' hu). After a task by Nauman, Palak and Nauman are decided as the finalist whereas Pauloumi leaves back for India. But hell is yet to come, Raghu in the end surprises them both by saying that the finale will be held in India.
The finale is touted to be one of the BEST as Raghu said that all the episodes of RHDU on one side and the finale would be on the other. Lets wait and Watch, Without any winner discussions, hope that this finale turns out to be better than the previous season's finale. Best of luck to Nauman and Palak (Cant believe that I did this)
Special Mention
The crew of RHDU have been very hard working including Bumpy aka Nature Baba, Danger Debby aka Maalkin, Atomic Aien, Chotu aka Ranjit, Ricky, Rannvijay, Raghu and all other! I thank them from the bottom of my heart for their efforts. The show wouldn't have been the same without U guyz!
Hope you all liked it!
