1.How do I Download the Audition Form?
Follow Three Steps to get the audition form.

1.Download the form.
Its zipped. If you have Win-Rar you can extract the files. To do so right click on the icon and select "Extract Here".

2.After you extract the zipped file, you'll see two PDF pages.
You need an Adobe Reader to view it.

3.Get the print-out of both the PDF pages.
It’s not compulsory to get the color printout.

2.What are the things I need to carry at the time of audition?
1. Please carry your filled in form at audition venue. (Registration Number will be issued at the time of audition)
2. Don’t forget to carry any of the age proof doc. (Driving License, Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
Original Copies of documents will be preferred. Photocopies will do.

3. Is it necessary to have a valid driving license?
It's compulsory for the GUYS to have a valid driving license, not so for the GIRLS. Incase you don’t have a driving license at the time of the audition, take some other age proof and ensure that you would get your license done by the last date of auditions in Mumbai, i.e. the 12th of October.

4.Can I carry college ID / Office ID as age proof?
No. You can not carry them. Only valid age proofs are:
a. Driving License
b. Birth Certificate
c. Passport
d. Voters ID.

5.What’s the duration of entire shoot for Roadies Down Under?
It’s roughly Mid October to End November. Read Audition form carefully. It says you need to commit yourself from 15 Oct to 15 Nov

6. If I am selected as Roadies will MTV help me getting International Driving License?
Yes MTV will help you getting one.

7. What is “Round 1” in Roadies auditions?
Its Group Discussion (GD) - - Round 1
Personal Interview (PI) - - - - Round 2
Depending upon turnout at the venue the can be 2 rounds of GD.

8. Do we get the results on same day?
On Day 1 GDs will happen and you will get the short listed names for PI on same day.
On Day 2 PI round will be conducted.

9. When do the gates open at the venue?
The gates will open at 9 AM or thereabout. The queues will start assembling much earlier though, so it is advised that you be there around 7AM atlest.

10.Who will the Judges at the auditions?
See you there friends. Don’t worry who will be there. JUST BE YOURSELF!!

11. Do all the registered members get a chance at audition?
Yes All the registered ones will be taken for GD round.
You will be registered till the time registration is not closed for the venue.

12. Are audition forms available at the venue?
They will be available at the venue also and they are also available online. Just download it, print it and bring it to the audition. If possible get it FILLED.

13.I have a Hero Honda Karizma Bike. Do I have advantage?
You never know. For now: NO OFFICIAL news on this.

14.DO I need to carry valid driving license of 1st day of Auditions?
On first day of auditions you need valid AGE PROOF and AUDITION FORM..If selected for PI, you will need to produce VALID PERMANANT DRIVING LICENSE.
PS: Learning License won’t do.

15.Is passport necessary?
At the time of the auditions, its not necessary to have a passport. Incase you get selected you can get it via the TATKAL facility.

16.Is Roadies open for only Indian nationals?
Yes. Participation is open only to Indian nationals, except employees of Viacom 18 Media Pvt. Ltd., the respective contest sponsor on MTV and MTV Online.

PS: If you are not 18 year old. It doesn’t matter how capable you are or whether you have it in you to be a ROADIE. YOU CAN NOT AUDITION!!!


So Don’t even Attempt faking your age or acting oversmart in fooling Roadies Team.

i seriously want to become a roadie and i am confident enough that if am selected in the GD the there are very much chance of mine to get selected in the interview but the problem is that i will be 18 on nov 16 what should i do please give an answer and what happens if somehow i enter in the gd by showing the photocopy of some else DL and tell it raghu later if i survived till the interview.

IT WON’T HELP. Audition for Roadies when you legally turn 18 Year old.

Some extremly useful tips for MTV Roadies 6 Auditions, I mean get ready for MTV Raodies 6 auditions, Raghu Ram and Nikhil is waiting for you. So check these nice tips from my friend's site:

o There is no limit as to how many times a person can audition. So, it might be better to begin attempts from the first venue.

Remember Ashutosh from season 5.0. He was rejected in two and selected in third attempt. Because he tried in all of them.

o "Do not portray any thing just be real"

o "The guys should handle Raghu's hyper with a little cool mind...he just only checks how much the guy/girl could handle with real balls"

o "If you have tried for MTV roadies and you didn’t get selected then its your fault. This I am saying because what I saw is that Nikhil and Raghu want only honest persons to come for the auditions.

Some participants trying to fake that they are tough and they can take any challenge in Roadies. But what I saw that this flakiness is making Raghu and Nikhil mad and crazy."

1. How Do I start?
Please Down load The Application from Link below:http://www.orkut.co.in/AppInfo.aspx?appUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fbattleground.mtvindia.com%2Froadies%2Froadies.xml&objs=&sn=Fill In initial registration form given there.Once you Hit Submit, you will be able to see a link where application form is available.Download the form, Fill the form in MS word and Mail it to mail id mentioned in Form.

2. What is the age Limit? And eligibility criteria?
For participation you need to be 18 years and above. Member from all countries can participate.

3. Once I have registered and mailed the form what should I do?
After this wait for few days we shall announce dates for GD (Group Discussion).

4. What is last date of mailing the Application form?
Last date is: 20th June

5. What is the criteria for Judging?
You shall be evaluated from:
a. your filled up form
b. your orkut profile
c. your performance in GD

6. Who are In judging panel?
The auditions will be held on this community. It'll be judged by a panel of judges from MTV which includes the likes of Raghu, Rannvijay, Bumpy, Zulfia, Debbie and apna Webbie.Ranvijay will be hosting the Show.

7. How long the RBG will Run?
It will be spread over 8 weeks starting 25th June

8.Are there any competitions for members under 18?
Yes, there would be small competitions running parallely where you can win cool maal like Sony Ericsson phones, iPods and loads of MTV goodies

9. What is the prize that RBG winner Gets?
The winner gets a Sony Ericsson w350 mobile phone + a direct entry into the interview round of Roadies 6 + 1 LAC RUPEES.

10. How many Roadies will be selected?
There will be 13 roadies selected.There will be few community tasks held. Winner of those task can replace existing roadieDetails will be unveiled soon.

11. I am not 18 year old yet what role I have in RBG?
For viewing all the action in RBG its imperative to download the application.There is no restriction on adding the application, registering and sending the audition form. But if you are under-18 then obviously it won't be considered.

ADDING THE APPLICATION IS A MUST !

If you wanna be tuned into all the action, you must have the app on your profile.

12. Why do u need My mobile Number?
We would need to contact you to let you know if you've been selected. So, the cell phone number is a must.

13. Like wen we have sent the forms...you ppl would b taking GD of all d people who have sent the forms...or 1st selection would be done on d basis of d forms filled.?
There is no restriction to participation in the GDs. Technically speaking, people who don't submit the form can't really be judged.We'll shortlist you on the basis of your performance in GD, your profile and your answers.

14. Would there be any mail sent for the time and place where i would have to be present for the GD rounds...or would i have to look all over the community threads to know it?
We'll inform everyone who gets short listed. Don't worry about that.

15. How can I mail the form?
You can mail the form to roadies@viacom18.com from any of mailing servers viz. yahoo, rediff, gmail
16. How many questions are there in Form?
There are 10 questions. There is error in numbering kindly bear with us we shall correct that soon.

17. If I am not able use MS word what should I do?
You can copy paste the filled up form and send the mail or you can use note pad for that.

18. Will there be any confirmation of mail?
No there will not be any confirmation mail sent. If there was not error message while sending it, rest assure it was sent.We shall inform the further proceeding in community so stay tuned.

20. I am facing problem in adding the application?
There might be load on server but try logging out of ur profile and log in again. Try using Mozzila if problem persists.
