Roadies task # 9 - The community has decided

Okay, the community has decided. We have the RBG task # 9, thanks to Jason.
***Drum rolls for Jason. He wins an MTV Boombag and other MTV goodies.***

Now, on the tast, simple funda here. Get dirty. Get really dirty. Take a mud bath, if you have to. In fact, do that! And then, ask random people to hug you. The more hugs that you get, the better your chances are.

And then the regular. Shoot yourself. Post the video with a maximum duration of 3 minutes. The community votes.

MTV Roadies 6 - FAQ & More Information

Some extremly useful tips for MTV Roadies 6 Auditions, I mean get ready for MTV Raodies 6 auditions, Raghu Ram and Nikhil is waiting for you. So check these nice tips from my friend's site:

o There is no limit as to how many times a person can audition. So, it might be better to begin attempts from the first venue.

Remember Ashutosh from season 5.0. He was rejected in two and selected in third attempt. Because he tried in all of them.

o "Do not portray any thing just be real"

o "The guys should handle Raghu's hyper with a little cool mind...he just only checks how much the guy/girl could handle with real balls"

o "If you have tried for MTV roadies and you didn’t get selected then its your fault. This I am saying because what I saw is that Nikhil and Raghu want only honest persons to come for the auditions.

Some participants trying to fake that they are tough and they can take any challenge in Roadies. But what I saw that this flakiness is making Raghu and Nikhil mad and crazy."

This decision was made by the MTV panel taking into consideration that Adil did not perform the previous task. At the end of the day, RBG is a game and there are rules. Rules that were laid down at the very beginning of the process. Rules that all the Roadies are aware of and are obligated to follow. As per the rules, failure of performing a task results in elimination.

Rannvijay & Nikhil at MTV License 2 Flirt Finale

MTV is my bread, movies my butter: VJ Rannvijay

Rannvijay Singh Sangha is best known as the suave host of MTV's popular reality show 'Roadies', but now one of the hottest VJs of the Indian small screen has ventured into films with 'Toss'.

However, this popular VJ says he won't cut down on veejaying.

'Now that I will be in movies, they will earn me my butter. But MTV would always remain my bread,' Rannvijay told IANS on phone from Mumbai.

Rannvijay rose to popularity after he won the first season of MTV's hit reality show 'Roadies'. Later he got an opportunity to host the subsequent instalments of the show, which is now in its fifth season.

He gives the entire credit for his success and fame to 'Roadies', saying: 'When I was a participant, the show gave me a platform through which people started knowing me. When I started hosting the show, people started coming for autographs and today if people recognise me in the industry, it is all thanks to 'Roadies'.'

In the film 'Toss', he plays the role of Ryan, a firm believer in god.

'For the role, the filmmakers wanted a charming and good-looking boy. I don't know to what extent I fulfil those criteria, but I really like the role,' he said.

Apart from 'Toss', the VJ-turned-actor who had earlier planned to join the armed forces would also be seen in 'Mumbai Cutting... A City Unfolds'.

For the film, 11 prominent Indian directors - Sudhir Mishra, Anurag Kashyap, Rahul Dholakia, Ruchi Narain, Kundan Shah, Revathy, Shashank Ghosh, Jahnu Barua, Manish Jha, Rituparno Ghosh, Ayush Raina - were assigned to make 10-minute shorts about Mumbai.

''Mumbai Cutting' brings together 10 Indian directors who would interpret Mumbai in their own way and I am a part of one of the interpretations by Shashank,' he said.

In another film being directed by Mahesh Manjrekar, Rannvijay would be playing 'a strong character shown as a cool college hunk'. The film, he says, would be a dark film and is not yet titled.

Rannvijay says he was a complete movie buff in his college days. 'I used to love watching movies and enacting the dialogues in front of the mirror all the time. Besides, I think I am a good actor in real life too,' he quipped.
